Am I flexible enough for yoga?

Yes!

Can I practice yoga if I have an injury or medical condition? 

Please seek advice from your GP before you come along to a class. Always inform me of any injuries or ailments before the class starts.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring with you a yoga mat (these can be provided if requested in advance) and a bottle of water to keep hydrated during the class.

What do I need to wear in the class?

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

How do I book a space for a class?
